⚠️ Remove Keywords
Enter keywords that you want to completely remove from the Excel file. These keywords will be deleted from all cells.
Example: If you enter "demo, sample", all instances of "demo" and "sample" will be removed from the file.
🔍 Duplicates
Find and highlight duplicate data:
- Address Duplicates: Complete address combinations (Customer Address + City + State + Postcode)
- Name Duplicates: Customer names that appear multiple times
Address duplicates: yellow, Name duplicates: orange
🔢 Numeric Condition Highlighting
Highlight cells based on numeric conditions in a specific column:
Select a column, choose an operation (>, <, =, >=, <=), and enter a value to highlight matching cells.
✨ All in One Operation
This operation will perform multiple tasks in sequence:
- Replace: Apply standard replacement rules
- Highlight Non-Matching: Highlight words not in keyword categories
- Duplicates: Highlight duplicate addresses and names
- Highlight Values: Highlight cells based on numeric conditions (optional)
